Meet Jereme and Finding the Way

A Boston-based mission to help teens and young adults find purpose through community, guidance, and growth beyond comfort zones.

Our beginning

Started with a simple idea: meals and real conversations

Jereme Harris-Walker founded Finding the Way in Boston to create something missing: a judgment-free space where teens and young adults could step back from the pressure and monotony of daily life. What began as a vision to bring people together through food and genuine connection has evolved into a community built on support, guidance, and purposeful growth. Every activity, every meal, every conversation is designed to help you discover what comes next.

Our Foundation

Real Support. Real Growth. Real Community.

Finding the Way started with a simple belief: teens and young adults discover who they are by doing meaningful work. We restore neglected neighborhoods while helping participants build confidence, find direction, and create lasting change in Boston and beyond.
