A Boston-based mission to help teens and young adults find purpose through community, guidance, and growth beyond comfort zones.
Jereme Harris-Walker founded Finding the Way in Boston to create something missing: a judgment-free space where teens and young adults could step back from the pressure and monotony of daily life. What began as a vision to bring people together through food and genuine connection has evolved into a community built on support, guidance, and purposeful growth. Every activity, every meal, every conversation is designed to help you discover what comes next.
Finding the Way started with a simple belief: teens and young adults discover who they are by doing meaningful work. We restore neglected neighborhoods while helping participants build confidence, find direction, and create lasting change in Boston and beyond.

Finding the way seeks to advance the kingdome of God by reaching to all people, reminding us all who we are and help you build a foundation for life that's grounded in spirituality and rises to self-discovery. We aim to be a light in your life when it feels surrounded by darkness so you may see who you were created to be and then become the positive change we need in this world.
Our mission is to empowers teens an young adults through real conversations with someone who listens and multifactited opportunities and experiences. We help you work through challenges, make sense of change, and figure out your next steps so that you may step out on faith to embrace something new and step into the life you've always dreamed of.
