leads to

identity, purpose, and a brighter future

Find your way THROUGH.

Feeling stuck, uncertain, or ready for a new direction? We're here to help!

Finding the Way walks alongside teens and young adults ages 13–25 who feel lost — giving them direction, confidence, and a community that addresses every area of life, including the spiritual wellbeing other programs leave out.

The problem

A generation is lost — and the community that should hold them is missing.

Teens and young adults are learning to become their own person with no sense of direction. They second-guess every step, and there is no trusted circle to steady them. The result is anxiety, drift, and lives shaped by survival instead of purpose.

What's broken in our community is community itself. Everyone is in survival mode, fending for themselves, and a generational gap has opened where mentorship used to live. Programs like the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, and Salvation Army see the need to reach teens — but none of them address the whole person, especially spiritual wellbeing. That's the gap Finding the Way was built to fill.

A safe place to pause, connect, and grow.

Finding your way can feel overwhelming when life is changing quickly. Our community exists to give teens and young adults a place where they can be known, supported, and encouraged without judgment. Through mentorship, shared meals, meaningful conversations, exposure experiences, and practical opportunities, we help young people take the next step with confidence.

"You do not have to figure everything out alone. You just need a place to start."

Welcoming - Come as you are, without pressure or pretense.

Relational - Build trust with mentors, peers, and community members.

Practical - Learn real skills and take real steps forward.

Purpose-driven - Explore faith, values, calling, and direction at your own pace.

Purpose & Identity

We help young people answer the questions no one else is asking with them: Who am I? What am I here for? Where am I going? Direction replaces second-guessing.

Whole-Person & Spiritual Wellbeing

Unlike programs that stop at sports or after-school care, we address every area of life — emotional, relational, and spiritual — so growth is rooted, not surface-level.

Real Community, Across Generations

We rebuild the community that's been lost to survival mode. Trusted mentors, peer circles, and intergenerational relationships that close the gap.

Life, Leadership & Workforce Skills

Practical preparation for adulthood — confidence, decision-making, work readiness — so young people leave equipped to be the best version of themselves.

1:1 Mentorship

Taste & See: more than a meal.

Taste & See is a gathering place built around food, conversation, creativity, and community. It is designed to be more than a restaurant; it is a welcoming environment where people can slow down, connect, share a meal, and experience belonging. For young people in the program, it can also become a place to gain work experience, serve others, and build confidence in a supportive setting.

Welcoming atmosphere - A relaxed space for conversation, friendship, and connection.

Fresh food and shared tables - Meals create natural moments for people to feel seen and included.

Events and creative nights - Open mics, community dinners, workshops, and gatherings can bring people together.

Paid experience opportunities - Eligible participants may have opportunities to gain paid, on-site experience as the program develops.
